Allergies

We have found that most allergies in Shibas are seasonal allergies. Pollen, ragweed, etc. that cause human's issues may also affect your Shiba. They will typically cause irritation to their skin and eyes.

Some Shibas will also have food allergies but we have seen them do well when switched to Raw diets. See the Feeding section under Shiba Care.
